Do We Need So Many Madoka Spin-offs?

Damn straight.

If you’ve been in the anime community, are in the anime community, have just started coming into the anime community, or have been on the internet for a long time, you probably have an idea of what and how popular Puella Magi Madoka Magica is. If not, here’s the catch.

Now, you should know that every popular series will get a 95% chance of a spin-off. Madoka is no exception. However, if you’re going to have a spin-off, make sure that it’s not too many at the same time.

I mean, God damn! Madoka is good and all, but does it deserve so many spin-offs in the span of one year? I mean, come on! You got three in one series. Was the original just not confusing enough for me; I need three spin-offs to confuse and piss me off more?

Lucky Star didn’t deserve a spin-off. But at least they kept the characters in the same environment and made only one. Gundam’s early stuff wasn’t made in the span of a fucking year. Yu-Gi-Oh! has more spin-offs than Madoka will ever wish. But guess what?

They weren’t made in the span of a fucking year like Madoka was!

What I’m trying to say is that Madoka has way too many stuff happening in the span of a year or two and needs to take a nap.
